Through our ViTAL program, we don’t just talk about employee experience, we live it. July was packed with activities that brought teams together, promoted wellness, and gave back to the community.

Peter Bell Shares a Message of Gratitude and Momentum

During this month’s Townhall, Peter Bell (TGT’s Chief Executive Officer) took a moment to recognize the impact of our ViTAL initiatives – thanking everyone for their energy, involvement, and continued commitment to building a workplace where people feel valued, supported, and connected. With more exciting activities ahead, the message was clear: the people remain at the heart of everything we do.

 

TGT Joins the MNL City Aqua Run 

Your Manila teams laced up for the MNL City Aqua Run – an energizing way to promote health and camaraderie outside the office. It was a great reminder that wellness can be both fun and team-driven. 

 

Bingo Bonanza Brings the Fun to the Office 

Nothing beats a good laugh in the middle of a work week. Our Bingo Bonanza lit up the office with friendly competition, great prizes, and even greater vibes. 

 

CSR Spotlight: Giving Back with Purpose 

Supporting the Golden Gays 

We spent quality time with the Golden Gays, sharing care packs and stories with this inspiring senior LGBTQ+ community. It was a touching experience for everyone involved. 

Helping Children in Tondo 

Our team visited children in Tondo, distributing school essentials and spending the day with games, smiles, and heart. A small effort that created a big impact. 

 

 

Cebu Team Builds Stronger Connections 

At our Cebu site, our teams came together for a series of engagement activities that focused on collaboration, culture, and team bonding—building momentum as we continue to grow in the region.
