Key Questions Before Shipping IT Items:

  1. What is the reason for sending the item?
  2. What are the specifications required?
  3. Is the item available locally?
    • Buying locally may be more cost-effective and facilitate faster delivery. Please remember that there will be a 10% administration fee on local purchases.

For Shipments Over PHP 50,000:

    1. SDV Form (when filling up this form ensure delivery terms match the shipping invoice)
    2. 16-digit Bank Reference Number registered with Customs
    3. TIN and Certificate of Registration as an importer
    4. National Telecommunications Commission permit (apply online) Optical Media Board permit (apply online)

High-Value Personal Shipments: For shipments classified as high-value personal items, please provide:

  1. Affidavit of Undertaking with a notarized copy of your valid ID
  2. Duty Approval (indicating willingness to pay, signed)
  3. An explanation letter regarding the reason for importation

If the shipment is addressed to TGT, please note that it typically takes about two weeks for the items to be released after we receive notifications from courier and complete all necessary documentation and requirements. Additionally, a 10% administration fee will apply for handling this transaction.

Please let us know if you have any questions or need further clarification. We appreciate your cooperation in making this process smooth.
